WMJobs – Your adverts
Eligibility
Agencies may submit job adverts on behalf of the recruiter customer providing the branding, links and contact details are clearly that of the recruiter customer and not the agent.
For more information, please visit our Terms and Conditions.
Please note: We do carry out compliance checks to ensure our Terms and Conditions are being met.
Can I post a job in the future?
To do this, you can select an alternative ‘start date’ within your advert. Your 28 day posting period will change depending on the start date you enter – so you always get the full period available to you.
Please note: Once you have saved your job, you cannot edit the start date. Please make sure you’re certain of your posting dates before you save.
You can change your expiry date anytime within the 28 day period.
How do I pay for an advert?
Please contact us if your organisation requires you to pay via invoice.
How do I amend my advert?
To edit a live job, log into your account, navigate to ‘your jobs’ and then select the advert you’d like to amend. You can edit your advert text, advertising end date and attachments.
Please note: You cannot edit your start date once your advert has been paid for. The standard job advert is for a 28 day posting period.
I've posted a job, but I can't see it?
If you’ve paid via invoice, please ensure you’ve submitted your official Purchase Order document to our Finance Team (finance@wmemployers.org.uk) – these will be approved in a timely manner during our business hours of 9AM – 5PM.
If you’ve done the above and still can’t see your advert, please get in touch and we’ll have a further look into this for you.
I have applications on my job - where are they?
WMJobs isn’t an application tracking system – by registering an account with WMJobs, you are using us as an advertising platform.
However, the ‘applications’ statistic you can see in your account is still useful! This refers to the number of jobseekers who have clicked the ‘apply’ button on your account. You can proactively contact those candidates who have given the necessary consent for you to see their data and encourage more applications or conversations.
You can also see who has viewed your job, depending on the consent they’ve given.
